The newest craze in workout classes, Stripper 101, teaches women sexy stripper moves and pole dancing while losing weight, burning calories, and getting a complete workout. There is nothing else like it on the Strip and it’s great for bachelorette parties. Taught inside The Miracle Mile Shops in Planet Hollywood, the class lasts an hour and fifteen minutes and teaches women the basics in erotic dance including pole dancing and even lap dances.

The stage is decorated just like a gentleman’s club with dim lighting and low music. Cocktails are also served during the class. Women are encouraged to take what they’ve learned home and show off their new moves to their significant other. This class is taught by an experienced Las Vegas exotic dancer. At the end of the class all students will receive a certificate that declares they are now “genuine Las Vegas strippers." You can also have professional photos taken with your group. The class is fun for women of all ages and students actually get an intense workout. Many of the muscles used in exotic dancing are rarely used and students will really feel the burn when working these specific muscles.

The class makes a great gift for birthdays or brides-to-be. The class is really about helping women build confidence especially older women looking to spice up a marriage. No guys are allowed to attend the class so women can feel comfortable and not embarrassed by their new moves.
