Not your ordinary musical, the dead will rise, sing, and dance in the V Theater at Planet Hollywood Hotel Las Vegas. BestofVegas.com has the pleasure to introduce you to one of the most beloved cult horror productions ever, Evil Dead The Musical 4D. Set as a cabin in the woods story and combining elements of Evil Dead, Evil Dead 2, and Army of Darkness, five students decide to stay in an abandoned cabin and inadvertently release an unknown evil that vows to turn them all into demons. But the magic of the show is its playful nature with the source material; it’s full of funny dialogue, blood splattering gore, and hilarious music for a quirky and interactive Las Vegas show. The main character is Ash, a housewares employee at S-Mart that wields his iconic chainsaw and becomes everyone’s hero. As he fights the horde of evil demons, he never forgetting his trusty one-liners and blows the demons and the audience away with an entertaining choreography and music interlaced with bloody special effects.

Music
The story is propelled by clever songs and demon choreography. And while limbs are dismembered and blood soaks the stage, the cheery music and upbeat rhythms of the musical have a comic undertone. With classic songs like “What the F was that” and “All the Men in My Life Keep Getting Killed by Candarian Demons,” get ready for some side-splitting lyrics throughout the musical.

You won’t be able to see demons singing and dancing anywhere else in Las Vegas. The show offers a unique 4D experience with fun gratuitous bloodshed and a Splatter Zone. The first three rows of the theater receive a white Evil Dead The Musical T-shirt and should prepare to get bloody. It makes for an interesting souvenir to remember the carnage. But ultimately, you don’t have to be a fan of Evil Dead or the horror film genre to enjoy the musical (doesn’t hurt though.) The musical was designed to entertain everyone, so you don’t have to watch the Evil Dead films to relate, and there are plenty of great seats where you’ll be safe from the entertaining bloodbath. Besides, it’s fun to see others get bloody.
