The Grand Canyon West Rim Tour is an extensive journey to the Grand Canyon and various historic spots like the Hoover Dam and Lake Mead. Your tour guide will explain historical facts and tidbits as you make your way from your Las Vegas hotel (where the Pink Jeep picks you up) to the site. Because of its great service and reputation, Pink Jeep Tours was granted special access to the Quartermaster Point. This remote area will give you views of the Grand Canyon and Colorado River that many people never get to see in their lifetimes. There is an optional 20 minute hike for the more adventurous guests ready to explore this secret spot on the tour by foot. If you aren’t afraid of heights this tour will also let you enjoy the new Skywalk platform. Step out 70 feet beyond the edge of the canyon’s rim and look down through clear floor under you at the 4,000 feet of canyon below.  Back at the Hoover Dam you can explore the dam’s exhibit and learn how the incredible mechanisms come together to keeps this crucial structure functioning properly. Lunch is included on this 10 hour excursion and, as with all trips, water is provided to help you stay hydrated. The pickup time for this all-day event is at 7:30 am.
