This excursion begins with a trip through historic Boulder City, originally built in 1932. After taking that brief trip back in time you’ll continue on to the Hoover Dam for a fantastic photo op where you’ll get an incredible view of Lake Mead and the Colorado River from high above. Once you leave the dam you’ll take a 15 mile drive through a forest of Joshua trees surrounded by the Grand Wash Cliffs. Take to the skies after your drive is complete in a Sundance A-Star helicopter. Your pilot will fly you down on a 4,000 ft. descent right towards the end of the Colorado River—the bird’s eye view at the beginning is unbeatable! Once you’re done exploring the canyon by land and air, cool off and enjoy the Pontoon Boat for a breezy, leisurely ride on the canyon’s rivers. The view from the Pontoon Boat will truly show off the grandeur and enormous size of these ancient rock formations. This tour can last from 9-10 hours long. Pickup time is bright and early from your hotel around 6:30 am, depending on your hotel location, to give you a full day of Grand Canyon adventures.
