Similar to the Hoover Dam Mini Tour, the Deluxe Tour takes travelers to the Hoover Dam and also includes a buffet lunch. Travel by motor coach 30 miles outside Las Vegas to get to the dam. The tour allows 2 hours at the site for exploring and taking pictures. Make sure to take advantage of the observation decks which allow for great views of the structure. There will also be a stop at the Ethel M. Chocolate Factory to sample some fine chocolates. The tour includes admission to the Visitor’s Center and Old Exhibit hall. The bus will also stop at Ethel M. Botanical Gardens where there are hundreds of species of cacti and other vegetation. There are also rocks and other natural elements that travelers aren’t likely to see anywhere else. Also, be sure to keep an eye out for Big Horn Sheep. Guests will also enjoy beautiful views of Lake Mead, The Hoover Dam, and the surrounding area. This tour is a must-see on any Las Vegas vacation.

This tour does not include an elevator ride to the observation platform. Because of security reasons, no bags of any kind are allowed in the visitor’s center. However, guests are permitted to bring their cameras only. There are no diaper changing facilities on the bus so children in diapers cannot be accommodated. Ages 5+ are welcome. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
