A relaxing tour of Lake Mead awaits you onboard a Mississippi-style paddle wheeler boat. The “Desert Princess” is a luxury air-conditioned ferry boat that will take you for a ride on the glorious lake that is protected by the magnificent Hoover Dam. Lake Mead is the largest man-made lake in the United States and there is no better way to enjoy its beauty. A box lunch will be served on the boat, for your enjoyment.

The captain will guide the way and point out interesting features like Arizona Paint Pots, Fortification Hill, and Boulder Island.  The group will also spend two full hours exploring the Hoover Dam. Guests can take a Discovery Tour into the Dam where they will actually be able to see the generators that make the structure work. Included in the tour of the Dam is admission to the Tour Center, a museum with exhibits, and even a movie about the construction of the Dam. This tour is both an educational experience and a relaxing cruise. Also included in the tour is a stop at the delectable Ethel M’s Chocolate Factory.
