Among all the Las Vegas wedding chapels – and there are quite a few – Chapel of the Flowers is a rare entity in that it doesn’t abide by the tacky-but-fun style of wedding that most other chapels adhere to and for which Las Vegas has become famous. Instead, Chapel of the Flowers takes weddings very seriously and is committed to providing its couples with a beautiful, romantic ceremony marked by elegance and sophistication. It’s a truly ideal place to have a big-production style wedding with the intimacy of a Las Vegas wedding chapel.
Chapel of the Flowers offers several different wedding packages in four categories: intimate, elegant, legendary, and adventurous. Prices range from $199 for the simplest to $10,000 for the most elaborate. The packages offer varying features such as flowers, videography, photography at the chapel’s on-site photo studio, a personal wedding planner, professional organist, limousine service, bridal hair and makeup, and more, including a “first look service,” which prevents the bride and groom from seeing each other until the bride walks down the aisle. Ceremonies are also available at a variety of locations; couples can opt for a ceremony at any of the three chapels or in the gazebo or gardens outside, or at a more luxurious location such as on a “Lady of the Lake” luxury yacht or at the Grand Canyon.
You may not want to have your wedding anywhere else but the chapel, though; it was praised by Bride magazine for having the “prettiest décor of any free-standing wedding chapel in Las Vegas.” Its three chapels, The Victorian, The Magnolia, and La Capella, are all attractive, clean, and nicely decorated. La Capella is by far the prettiest, though, with its dark wood pews, marble-patterned walls, white columns at the altar, and romantic chandeliers and wall lamps.
While you won’t find Elvis or James Brown alive and well at Chapel of the Flowers, that’s not necessarily a bad thing. The chapel cares about its couples so much that they encourage those married there to come back for a free renewal any time. And with lovely chapels, beautiful grounds, and impeccable service that practically guarantee a perfect wedding, you’ll certainly want to return to Chapel of the Flowers.
