The Shalimar Wedding Chapel is a quaint, modern-style chapel with white pews, white walls with brown trim, and a light brown floor. The altar forms an archway at the front of the chapel, adorned by draping curtains, stained glass windows with a flower and hearts design, and flower-adorned standing candelabras on either side. A gazebo and adjacent brook outside provide a very lovely setting for pictures or ceremonies, especially when lit up at night.

Three packages for a traditional wedding are offered, with features including photography, videography, flowers, limousine service, music, live internet broadcasting, a garter, and more. Even a witness is provided if necessary. The simplest package, which provides the use of the chapel, 12 photos, a VHS of the ceremony, silk flowers, a garter for the bride, a music CD, minister, and live web cam, is extremely affordable. Though Vegas features a good share of inexpensive wedding packages, this one is a particular bargain and a good choice for an impromptu wedding.

A wedding and renewal package is also offered if you want Elvis to perform or preside over your wedding. The Shalimar Wedding Chapel Elvis is played by Eddie Powers, a world-famous Elvis impersonator who has been featured on TV and in films such as Fools Rush In. Or, for something a little different, you can be married in a limousine touring the Strip and stop for photographs in front of the Fountains at Bellagio, or say your I Do’s on the floor of the Grand Canyon.
