If you want to have your wedding in a unique place unlike any other in Las Vegas, then the Chapel in the Clouds is your location. Located high up in the tower of the Stratosphere Hotel & Casino, 800 feet above the city and below the Top of the World (the revolving restaurant), the Chapel in the Clouds offers a variety of rooms with absolutely stunning views of the Las Vegas Strip below.
Couples have the choice of being married in one of the two quaint chapels on the 103rd floor; the chapels feature modern and romantic décor, with individual white seats, decorative wall enclaves or romantic draperies, and beautiful gold-accented walls and ceilings. Ceremonies can also be performed on the 108th floor indoor and 109th floor outdoor observation decks amid breathtaking views of Las Vegas, or at an open-air patio on the third floor.
Services offered include photography, videography, flowers, hotel accommodations, champagne toasts, music, wedding coordinators, wedding cake, internet webcasts, and more. The chapel also offers rehearsals, a feature not frequently found among Las Vegas chapels. An Elvis impersonator can be added to any ceremony for an additional fee, and a wide variety of reception packages are also available. Guests can enjoy a simple reception with champagne toasts and wedding cake, or a more elaborate reception with delicious selections such as a cheese board, fruit display, chocolate covered strawberries, or gourmet appetizers such as beef satay with peanut sauce and sea scallops wrapped in bacon.
Best yet, the prices at Chapel in the Clouds are quite reasonable given the incredible location and all the amenities that the packages provide. The only drawback is that any wedding on the observation decks will not have seating for guests, and the area is still open to the public during the ceremony. However, if you want the phenomenal view and can withstand a little staring from tourists, it’s a fantastic place to tie the knot. The indoor chapels are also an excellent option for couples who want the view with a little privacy. All in all, the Chapel in the Clouds is a romantic and symbolically appropriate place to host the wedding of your dreams.
