The celebrities just keep rolling in to The Entertainment Capital of the World this week. It’s only Wednesday but already Sin City has dined and entertained plenty of Hollywood’s finest. Here’s a look at the past two days worth of celebrities on the Strip: George Lucas, legendary film producer and creator of “Star Wars” dined at Serendipity 3 at Caesars Palace on Sunday. The four-time Academy Award nominee sat at a table inside with five friends, talking and browsing through the menu before placing their order. The group watched parts of the Las Vegas Marathon set-up, from the restaurant’s Strip-side location. Lucas and his friends ordered Caffe Serendip and a variety of Serendipity’s signature Frrrozen hot chocolates, including the Frrrozen hot chocolate, which has been served to more than 100,000 guests since the restaurant’s opening in 2010. And speaking of enjoying dinner in Sin City, singer Gavin Rossdale stopped by STK Las Vegas for dinner along with the rest of his Busch band mates last night. He enjoyed a Waygu Beef filet using the exclusive STK diamond encrusted 15K steak knife, which contains 5 carats of diamonds designed exclusively for STK Las Vegas by Jason’s of Beverly Hills. The group also enjoyed beef and tuna tartar, seafood platters, King Crab and Dover Sole. Rossdale was in town for a special performance with Busch at The Cosmopolitan. Also last night, resident DJ Steve Aoki celebrated his 34th birthday at XS among a sea of fans, celebrities and fellow artists. Michael Trevino, star in the his CW series “Vampire Diaries,” French DJ Joachim Garraud, and hip hop legend Flavor Flav celebrated with Aoki on his special night, even joining hi onstage for a portion of the evening. Aoki was presented with a four-tier cake from XS Managing Partner Jesse Waits, created by Gimme Some Sugar. The top tier featured a look-alike figurine on a raft spraying champagne, one of the DJ’s signature moves. Throughout the evening the DJ ran down to the front of the stage with different tiers and threw the cake out to fans. He even got on the DJ booth, spraying the crowd with champagne before taking multiple stage dives and surfing the crowd in an inflatable raft. In other Las Vegas celebrity news, Roberto Cavalli dined at Yellowtail in the Bellagio. Mark Salling and Rumor Willis dined with six friends at Union in Aria before heading to nearby Haze, where they joined Bruno Mars and his entourage. Also at Union: newly re-engaged Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler and Kristin Cavallari with friends Chinese Laundry executives to celebrate her new role as the fashion brand’s Web ambassador.
