It’s been a week or two since we last spoke of Paris Hilton and her fabulous life. But I have a feeling she’ll be splashed on the newest Las Vegas headlines as she launches her 2011 fashion line and new fragrance right here in Sin City. Not to mention her newest flame is nightclub czar Cy Waits who manages Las Vegas nightclub Tryst. On Monday night Paris celebrated the launch and sneak peak of her Spring 2011 shoe collection and her latest fragrance Tease during MAGIC, the world’s largest fashion trade event that comes to Las Vegas twice a year. Paris’ newest footwear collection is described as “flirty fun but stylish,” with chic, trendy, sky-high stilettos, stunning flats, platforms and wedges. Inspired by Hollywood glamour and blonde bombshell Marilyn Monroe, her newest fragrance line, Tease is best described as “sensual” and follows in the footsteps of Paris Hilton, Paris Hilton Can Can and Heiress. Paris arrived on the pink carpet with a full entourage including her mother and father and of course new boyfriend Cy Waits. Tryst was decked out in Paris’ favorite color pink. From pink rose petals and pink lights to even turning the 90-foot waterfall pink with Paris’ name in it, Tryst was dedicated to the heiress for the night. Since the MAGIC show is taking over the Strip this month, Paris’ fashion party wasn’t the only party on Tuesday night. In fact, to celebrate upcoming trends, Las Vegas nightclub after Las Vegas nightclub was ablaze with trendy parties all dotted with celebrities. Also on Tuesday, Lavo and Nole Martin, fashion director of runway from America’s Next Top Model, hosted a Runway magazine party. Then on Wednesday the Jabbawockeez celebrated their debut single “Robot Remains” today to go along with the start of their third run of their MUS.I.C. show. The event, in conjunction with Karmaloop and Crooks and Castles, was also an exclusive MAGIC tradeshow party for industry leaders and tastemakers to celebrate a successful season in fashion. Get ready for SKIN Industries bikini giveaway as they host Dip & Dance at Encore Beach Club tonight. They’ll be giving away 50 Skin Industries gift bags with a bikini and tank top in each. There were plenty more parties this past week and plenty more to come as the MAGIC show celebrates its final weeks in Sin City. Congratulations to both Paris Hilton and the MAGIC show for introducing Vegas to such fashion forward concepts and lovely fragrances.
