While the AVN Awards took up much of the celebrity spotlight over the weekend, including plenty of after-parties at Las Vegas’ hottest nightclubs there were still a few stars in town doing a little celebrating of their own. Here’s who slipped under the radar this past weekend: UFC superstar Tito Ortiz celebrated his 37th birthday with his former adult-entertainment wife Jenna Jameson at Las Vegas nightclub in XS in Steve Wynn’s Encore on Sunday night. The sexy couple arrived at the Las Vegas nightclub after midnight and enjoyed their night sipping champagne at a private table overlooking the dance floor. Before hitting up the popular nightclub, Ortiz and Jameson and 18 of their friends enjoyed dinner at the new Old Homestead Steakhouse in Caesars Palace. And speaking of celebrating birthdays, Sopranos star Drea de Matteo celebrated her 40th birthday with her husband country singer Shooter Jennings at N9NE Steakhouse inside the Palms on Thursday night. Drea’s friends and family sang “Happy Birthday” to the actress and even surprised her with not one, but two birthday cakes. RPM Nightclub inside the Tropicana welcomed a slew of celebrity guests during the Adam & Eve Official After-Party for WTFridays on Friday night. Steven Marmalstein, Brad Wollack and Chris Franjola from “Chelsea Lately” and “After Lately” all partied at the nightclub as did Josh Wolfe and “Bachelor Pad” Season One winner Natalie Getz. Getz was joined by “The Bachelorette” Ashley Hebert and her fiancé J.P. Rosenbaum.” And they weren’t the only “The Bachelor’ and “The Bachelorette” alums there. Approximately 20 former cast members showed up at RPM to party. Also at RPM nightclub was hip hop and rap mix duo New Boyz who performed their hits “You’re A Jerk,” “Freak My Sh*t” and “Backseat” to a screaming crowd on Saturday night. Earlier in the week, Breaking Bad’s Aaron Paul attended Snitch Wednesdays at Ghostbar also inside the Palms. Over at Tao in the Venetian, Matt Kemp of the Los Angeles Dodgers partied the night away with a group of friends including R& B singer D’Angelo on Saturday night. Also at the Las Vegas nightclub was Josh Hopkins from ABC’s Cougar Town. The actor and some of his friends sat in a skybox for the Official Penthouse Party. Then on Sunday night, Glee actor Josh Sussman enjoyed sushi and crispy rice at the restaurant. Legendary actress Joan Collins took in the famous Las Vegas show Jubilee! at Bally’s on Sunday night. And while she didn’t stay in town for Jubilee!’s auditions on Monday, Collins still gave her best showgirls pose during a photo op with the famous girls. That’s all of the celebrity news I have for today but check back tomorrow for more!
