Frankie owes a large part of his musical career to his father and uncle, who hosted weekly band rehearsals at their house when Frankie was a small child. During these rehearsals, Frankie took a liking to the piano, intently watching the pianist as the group performed. Before long Frankie was not only playing the piano but playing all of his father’s band’s songs from memory.

News of Moreno’s talent quickly began to spread throughout his hometown and his parents were constantly asked to bring him to local events to perform. By the ripe age of seven, Frankie was playing professionally and putting on concerts across the state of California.

But it wasn’t until he was eleven that the rest of the country met the piano prodigy when he began performing on television. As you can imagine, Frankie’s popularity quickly escalated and he was invited to play much larger events each and every month. After high school Frankie moved his musical talents to Nashville, Tennessee where he began recording his music while continuing his live performances around the country.

Frankie gained international exposure when a disc jockey from Germany who attended one of his performances, took one of his self-made albums home and spun it on his radio station, which led to thousands of orders throughout Europe.
