Angel Porrino Takes Over as Bo Peep in Peepshow Oct. 22
|
Absinthe at Caesars Palace star and Holly Madison’s one-time assistant and BFF, Angel Porrino is about to add another Las Vegas Strip show to her resume when she takes over Madison’s role as the sexy and sultry Bo Peep in Peepshow at Planet Hollywood beginning Oct. 22.
This isn’t the first time Porrino has stepped in for Madison in the popular Burlesque show. In fact, the blonde starlet was Madison’s understudy and would step into the heels of Bo Peep whenever Madison went on vacation and/or holidays. Unfortunately Porrino’s new gig will only last until Dec. 2. It was expected that the blonde beauty would take Madison’s spot full time after Madison left the Las Vegas show but BASE Entertainment producers announced guest stars would replace Madison and that there wouldn’t be just one Bo Peep like Madison was. But in any case, Porrino is beyond excited to be able to play Bo Peep, even if it is just for a few months.
“I am thrilled and honored to have the opportunity to join such an amazing pool of talented performers in ‘Peepshow.’ This will be an incredible experience, and I cannot thank ‘Peepshow’ enough for making my dreams come true.”
Rapper and actor Ice-T’s curvaceous wife Coco will take over as Bo Peep on Dec. 3 and continues on through March.
Meanwhile, Madison goes on maternity leave after her last performance as Bo Peep on Oct. 21. Hugh Hef’s former girlfriend is due in February but she says she wants to return to the entertainment scene next year in either a new Strip production, by rejoining Peepshow or a doing Hollywood TV project. And speaking of Holly Madison, the blonde bombshell was spotted with her Peepshow cast mate and friend Josh Strickland and her boyfriend Pasquale Rotella at Marquee Dayclub in the Cosmopolitan yesterday. The group listened to Dirty South and Alesso on the turntables.
On Monday, the lovely ladies of Fantasy at the Luxor celebrated the end of pool season at Bare Pool Lounge at the Mirage as they hosted an industry party. The bombshells posed for pictures and sipped on rum cocktails before making their way to the poolside DJ booth and dancing the day away for the crowd.
