You don’t have to spend hours and hours in the kitchen this year preparing the best Thanksgiving dinner your family has ever had. All you have to do is make a reservation at some of the finest restaurants in Las Vegas and let them do the cooing for you. Yes, several Vegas restaurants will be open and serving traditional Thanksgiving meals so you can spend more time visiting with your family and less in the kitchen. Here are just a few of the restaurants offering Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow in Las Vegas:
McCall’s Heartland Grill will open its doors this Thanksgiving offering guests a prixe fix dinner featuring a wilted spinach salad, braised turkey ossobuco and pumpkin white chocolate cheesecake for dessert.
Over at Plate Plate Plate buffet guests can enjoy the tastes of the season with chipotle roasted turkey, veal ossobuco, cornbread apple stuffing, cherry bourbon glazed ham, bacon and blue cheese cream corn and butternut squash and roasted garlic soup.
In addition to chef Paul Bartolotta's regular menu of Italian seafood dishes, Bartolotta Ristorante di Mare will offer a four-course holiday menu featuring seared sea scallops with porcini mushrooms and shaved parmigiano, butternut squash ravioli with brown butter and amaretti, oven-roasted wild turkey with chestnuts, sausage, Tuscan cabbage and sage gravy. Top that off with a savory dessert of frozen nougat sabayon with bitter chocolate and orange.
Chef Mark LoRusso of Botero at Encore will serve up a five-course holiday tasting menu featuring roasted kiri squash with fall vegetable ratatouille, porcini soup with parmesan flan, ricotta ravioli with black truffles and lemon and roasted organic turkey with confit, vanilla bean yams and traditional trimmings. The meal ends with a tasting of Botero holiday desserts. The menu is in addition to Botero's full menu of steak and seafood fare.
The Las Vegas Hotel’s newest restaurant 35 Steaks and Martinis will be offering a prize fix menu featuring a choice of butternut squash soup and warm roasted beet salad to start followed by a choice of turkey or dry aged prime rib plus two sides including chestnut stuffing, orange ginger cranberry dressing, potato puree, sautéed Brussels sprouts and truffled asparagus plus dessert.
You can even catch a Thanksgiving meal at Pink Taco, which will be offering several a la carte items such as a spicy pumpkin soup, smoked turkey drumstick with jalapeno cornbread, roasted chili rubbed turkey with Oaxacan stuffing and baby carrots and a surf and turf with filet of beef and grilled shrimp.
The new Bagatelle Beach & Supper Club will share the Thanksgiving love with a menu including butternut squash soup, oven roasted turkey with broioche apple walnut stuffing, haricot verts, Brusssels sprouts, cinnamon candied yams, whipped potatoes and roasted prime rib of beef au jus with horseradish custard.
