Caesars Palace Brings in the Stars and the Entertainment
|
Caesars Palace is quite the busy Las Vegas hotel this week as it hosts CinemaCon 2012, anniversary celebrations, and its usual award-winning entertainment. Here’s who’s been hanging around the Las Vegas hotel this week and what you can expect this weekend at Caesars Palace:
Actor James Franco has enjoyed the past few days at the Las Vegas hotel while promoting his 2013 film “Oz: The Great & Powerful” at CinemaCon 2012. While in town, Franco enjoyed dinner at Tao in the Venetian accompanied by three female friends last night.
On Tuesday night, Caesars Palace welcomed the sexy cast of “X Burlesque” when they took over Pure Nightclub to celebrate their 10th anniversary on the Strip. Arriving just after midnight, the glamour girls dazzled on the nightclub’s VIP stage, as they hosted the sexy soiree. Later in the evening, the sizzling group of performers was presented with a three-tiered pink cake in honor of their milestone anniversary. They spent the rest of the night enjoying Pure’s atmosphere and dancing and mingling with fans!
The Colosseum at Caesars Palace also welcomes back, Emmy and Golden Globe winner and stand-up comedian Jerry Seinfeld to its stage tomorrow night through Saturday, April 27. Best known for starring in the smash NBC hit sitcom, Seinfeld, which he co-created with fellow comedian Larry David, Jerry will bring the same witty brand of observational humor he brought to his hit show right to the Caesars Palace stage for a weekend of laughs.
Speaking of Caesars Palace entertainment, Hook Jaw Net Radio’s “On Air with Robert & CC” will host a live interview with The Gazillionaire and Penny Pibbets from the wacky and wonderful variety show Absinthe from Rockhouse Bar & Nightclub on Friday night. If you’re interested in meeting the crazy and kooky performers from Caesars Palace’s most absurd and entertaining show, join them for a meet-and-greet following the 5 p.m. interview.
Another great Vegas show that you shouldn’t miss is Rio’s Penn & Teller (the Rio is owned by Caesars Entertainment) and if you’ve been watching Donald Trump’s hit show, “Celebrity Apprentice,” you’ll know that Donald has just “fired” Penn Jillette on Sunday’s episode. Not to worry, though, The Caesars Foundation still helped Penn donate to his charity of choice and donated $250,000 to Opportunity Village, a Las Vegas nonprofit that serves people with intellectual disabilities.
That’s all the celebrity and Caesars Palace news I have for today but check back tomorrow for this weekend’s celebrity preview and the rest of CinemaCon 2012’s celebrities!
