Celebrities start off Vegas Pool Season with Music and Bikinis
|
The Las Vegas celebrities were more scantily clad than usual this weekend when they pulled out their sexiest summer gear as the city welcomed back the warmer weather and start of pool season with not one, but two pool parties. From top DJ’s, to Playmates of the Year to reality TV stars and rappers, this past weekend in Sin City was a hot one!
Encore Beach Club at Encore Las Vegas hosted a weekend-long celebration that began Saturday afternoon with Grammy-Award winning singer and Las Vegas native Ne-Yo when he made a surprise appearance at the hot day club. His appearance included a special performance of his hit song “Give Me Everything (tonight),” a collaboration with Pitbull, Afrojack and Nayer.
Before surprising the pool partiers on Saturday, Ne-Yo spent Friday night at the adjoining Surrender Nightclub where he enjoyed the sounds of Calvin Harris’ DJ set.
On Sunday another DJ was heating up the Encore Beach Club scene. DJ Tiesto kept the party going and the crowd dancing with a 2-hour-plus pulsating set. As Tiesto spun, fans clamored to get a photo of the award-winning popular DJ on their cell phones.
Hosting the pool party was 2007 Playmate of the Year, G4 hostess and Esquire’s “Hottest Woman of 2012” Sara Underwood. Dressed in a cream-colored crocheted bikini, Underwood was as sexy as ever as she greeted fans and enjoyed the day club’s first real pool party of the season. While Underwood soaked in the sun, reality TV star Brody Jenner from “The Hills” and “Bromance” partied with friends in a second-level cabana.
Hard Rock Hotel & Casino also celebrated the warmer weather with their pool party, Beachlife – the amplified and progressive poolside experience with four days of music. The four-day pool and music festival kicked off on Friday with Summer Camp Fridays and electronic duo Dragonette.
On Saturday, Beachlife launched weekly Nectar Music Festival with music by Basshunter, Hyper Crush, Jump Smokers, DJ Vice, Richard Beynon, Jane Bang, Rock It! Scientists.
But it was international rapper, pop singer-songwriter and producer Pitbull who stole the show when he performed his hits including “International Love” and “Give Me Everything” at the re-opening of Rehab. The singer got the crowd cheering when he threw Rehab beach balls around the pool and sang his new single “Back In Time” from the upcoming “Men In Black III” movie.
The party ended with an incredible performance when reality TV star and DJ Pauly D joined Pitbull for one fist-pumping set!
That’s all of the celebrity news I have for today but as the temperatures continue to rise here I’ll have lots more celebrity in bikini news!
