Are you ready for what’s coming to Las Vegas this Memorial Day Weekend? Or shall I say who’s coming to Las Vegas? This weekend the Strip will look more like a giant red carpet event then a three-day holiday as comedians, rock stars, rappers, reality TV stars and more pile into the city for the next four days. Here’s who’ll be in town for Memorial Day Weekend: While there will be an uncountable amount of celebrity faces on the Strip for the next 96 hours I would like to mention that the city will be missing one star for the weekend. Sir Elton John has had to cancel his “The Million Dollar Piano” performances at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace for the weekend as he has been hospitalized for a respiratory infection. I hope Elton feels better soon! Las Vegas will surely be laughing this Memorial Day Weekend as legendary comedians Bill Cosby takes the stage at Treasure Island, late night host Jay Leno brings his witty humor to the Mirage, David Spade brings his dry sense of humor to the Venetian for two nights and Pablo Francisco is at South Point all weekend. Jason Derulo gets tonight’s party’s started when he performs at The Bank in the Bellagio. Peepshow at Planet Hollywood hotties Holly Madison hosts at Chateau Nightclub & Gardens in the Paris; July 2011 Playboy Playmate Jessa Hinton hosts the summer kickoff at Crazy Horse III; Trey Songz hosts at Tao in the Venetian; Cassie is at Lavo in the Palazzo and Gabe Saporta of Cobra Starship is at Pure inside Caesars Palace. The DJs will also be out tonight as DJ Tiesto mans the wheels of steel at XS in Encore, Taboo of the Black Eyed Peas DJs at Rain in the Palms, Afrojack spins at Tryst in the Wynn, Mark Foster of Foster the People is at Moon in the Palms and Armis Van Buuren and Gareth Emery are at Marquee in the Cosmopolitan. On Saturday, the weekend of laughs continue with the cigar smoking and scotch drinking comedian Ron White at the Mirage for two nights and Russell Peters is at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace. Saturday’s party starters include J. Lo at Hyde Bellagio; Ludacris at Rain; Fabulous is at Haze; Sean Kingston parties at Lavo; rapper and reality TV star Ice-T and his wife Coco host at LAX in the Luxor and Claire Sinclair celebrates her 21st birthday at Crazy Horse III. Sunday brings in Ne-Yo at Rehab in Hard Rock Hotel; Sky Blu of LMFAO is at Wet Republic during the day and Pure at night; David Guetta is at Encore Beach Club; Nelly performs at 1 OAK in the Mirage; Akon is at Haze and Lil’ Jon is at Tryst. And for Memorial Day Deadmau5 spins at Encore Beach Club; Armin Van Burren is back at it at Tao Beach and David Guetta is at XS. Have a happy Memorial Day Weekend and I’ll see you right back here on Tuesday for more!
