DJ Pauly D Heats Up in New Residency at Haze at ARIA

This weekend’s celebrity news continues with country music superstars dining, Martha Stewart’s dream and a horror matchup at Eli Roth’s Goretorium that just might be the scariest encounter you’d ever imagine. Here is today’s Celebrity Corner:

DJ Pauly D is certainly earning his DJ status with his new residency at Haze in Aria. The reality TV star began his residency over the weekend with his “The Pauly D Project” co-stars Ryan Labbe and Jason “J Roc” Craig. He was on the turntables for more than three hours and was joined by singer Jay Sean, who sang his new single “Back to Love.”

Wolfgang Puck’s CUT Steakhouse at the Palazzo is quickly becoming the place to dine for country music superstars. Venetian residents Tim McGraw and Faith Hill have made it a point to enjoy dinner at the restaurant every time they are in town for their show, which was this past weekend by the way, and following suit was fellow country star Reba McEntire when she was spotted enjoying a meal there over the weekend before seeing Tim and Faith’s show Soul2Soul.

The super crafty Martha Stewart was at the Wynn for her niece’s wedding over the weekend. The TV personality attended the celebration dinner at the new Andrea’s in Steve Wynn’s adjoining Encore and then took in some of Las Vegas’ famous entertainment with “Le Reve – The Dream,” meeting cast members and posing for photos before the show.

Legendary boxer and Las Vegas resident Mike Tyson was at Pearl at the Palms for comedian and fellow “The Hangover, Part 3” star Mike Epps’ show. And speaking of Las Vegas residents, former Peepshow at Planet Hollywood blonde beauty Holly Madison treated friends to dinner at her new hangout, Carla Pellegrino’s Meatball Spot in Town Square.

Divas Las Vegas star, Frankie Morino took a break from his female alter ego and enjoyed dinner with Caesars Entertainment VP Jason Gastwirth at Panevino. During diner he was surprised with a portrait of himself in one of his “Divas” personas by Mark Lopez, Panevino’s assistant GM.

There’s nothing funny about BLT Burger in The Mirage, except when comedian Gabriel Iglesias is there signing autographs and meeting fans like he was this weekend. He even created his own burger while at the burger joint.

Meanwhile, it was the ultimate horror show when “Texas Chainsaw 3D” actor Dan Yeager hosted a party for the film at Eli Roth’s Goretorium. After the screening, Leatherface himself took a midnight tour through the attraction and then enjoyed a few drinks at the attraction’s baby Doll Lounge.

That’s all of the celebrity news I have for today. Check back Wednesday for more!
