It’s another entertainment-filled weekend on the Strip as music legends Aretha Franklin and Il Divo battle it out for most incredible concert. For a good laugh Blue Collar Comedian Ron White will be drinking his scotch, smoking a cigar and entertaining with his dry sense of humor all weekend long. And if you’re more into the celebrity party scene you should be on the look out for Diddy, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino, Taboo of the Black Eyed Peas and more. Tonight’s music selection begins with the operatic pop sensation Il Divo with members David Miller, Urs Buhler, Sebastian Izambard and Carlos Marin when they bring their amazing vocals and award-winning songs to The Colosseum at Caesars Palace for two nights.
Comedy is king with comedian Ron White at the Mirage, “Full House” star Dave Coulier (Joey) is at Rampart Casino, Matt Braunger is at Empire Comedy at the Paris and Kevin Shea hosts L.A. Comedy Club at Sammy Hagar’s Cabo Wabo Cantina inside the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood. Also, don’t forget to check out the deadpan comedy of Steven Wright at The Orleans.

Diddy kicks off tonight’s party with hosting duties at Tao in the Venetian. Taboo celebrates his 37th birthday with Black Eyed Peas members at Rain in the Palms and Aoki’s House with Dillon Francis is at Surrender in the Encore.
On Saturday, the music begins with Demi Lovato with Hot Chelle Rae at House of Blues in Mandalay Bay. Sha Na Na is at Rampart and Stephen Sondheim is at Reynolds Hall.
Saturday’s celebrity partiers include “Jersey Shore” star Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino as he celebrates his 30th birthday at the grand opening of Senor Frog’s Nightclub at Treasure Island. Other birthdays include Porter Robinson, who celebrates his 20th year at Surrender. Amir Khan hosts at LAX in the Luxor and “Crazy Horse Paris” at MGM Grand celebrates Bastille Day at Tabu Ultra Lounge.
On Sunday, the Queen of Soul Aretha Franklin, who recently spent her time on the Strip taking in George Wallace’s show at the Flamingo will sing her biggest hits in a one-night only soulful performance at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace.
Ending the Sunday fun is Jayden Cole at Chateau Nightclub & Gardens in the Paris. Porter Robinson spins at Encore Beach Club and Timberland hosts at Rehab and Vanity in the Hard Rock.
