Holly Madison, Frankie Moreno in Giving Mood this Christmas

Today’s celebrity news continues with stars from the weekend as athletes, singers and Nickelodeon stars got a taste of some of Las Vegas best restaurants and Strip stars donated their time and money to help children and animals in need. Here’s today’s celebrity news:

On Monday, former Peepshow at Planet Hollywood starlet and mom-to-be Holly Madison donated $30,000 and a bunch of toys to the 98.5 KLUC 14th Annual Chet Buchanan & The Morning Zoo Toy Drive. Stratosphere headliner Frankie Moreno was also at the event.

And speaking of giving and charity events, Taylor Makakoa and Terry Fator served as honorary chairs at Heaven Can Wait Society’s Holiday Luncehon at the M Resort on Sunday, where they presented Heaven Can Wait Society’s Executive Director, Harold Vosko, with a check to match $30,000 in donations. During the event, Fator treated guests to bits from his holiday show at the Mirage, “A Very Terry Christmas.”

The Bellagio was the place to be this past weekend as the stars dined and danced at the Las Vegas’ hotel’s hottest restaurants and nightclubs. NHL legend Wayne Gretzky enjoyed dinner with his family on the top of the Bellagio at Fix. Lady Antebellum singer, Charles Kelley, dined at nearby Yellowtail and the entire Lady Antebellum gang dined the next day at Ri Ra Irish Pub in Mandalay Bay. Also enjoying the Bellagio’s atmosphere was Linda and Nick Hogan who partied at the Bank.

Jennette McCurdy of “iCarly” on Nickelodeon dined at Social House in Crystals CityCenter and new Stratosphere headliner and 2011 Playmate of the Year Claire Sinclaire, BMX pro T.J. Lavin, “Dancing With the Stars” pro dancer Anya Garnis and Pussycat Dolls founder Robin Antin have all been spotted enjoying Carla Pellegrino’s new Meatball Spot in Town Square.

Las Vegas nightclubs were also packed this weekend and included Austin Trout who partied with Ray J at Chateau Nightclub & Gardens in the Paris. Over at the Mirage 50 Cent, Sugar Ray Leonard, Tommy Hearns and Paulie Malignaggi attended the debut of ESPN fights. Also at the Mirage was Juicy J who performed three songs.

Crown Royal superstar Tilden Hooper took a break from riding at National Finals Rodeo to meet hundreds of his fans at Senor Frogs at Treasure Island on Friday night. Immediately after arriving, Hooper jumped on stage to greet his fans and kick off the night of country music, cowboys and Crown Royal cocktails. He then took over a Crown Royal booth where he signed autographs, took pictures and just hung out with his fans.

That’s all of the celebrity news I have for today. Check back tomorrow for much more!
