Holly Madison Visits House of Blues for Charity Fundraiser

It was a huge weekend here in The Entertainment Capital of the World as some big celebrity names and our very own Strip stars took time out of their show schedules to hit he town for celebrations, concerts and charity events. In case you missed it, here’s who was in town this past weekend:

Former Peepshow at Planet Hollywood starlet and mom-to-be Holly Madison made an appearance at the Animal Foundation’s Happy Hour in the Foundation Room at the House of Blues on Saturday. The blonde beauty proudly showed off her growing baby bump and motherly side as she was photographed holding and playing with a ferret for the furry event.

NASCAR Sprint Cup champion Brad Keselowski celebrated his t NASCAR Sprint Cup Series title at the Miller Lite Dodge 2012 championship party at Surrender Nightclub in Encore at Wynn Las Vegas on Saturday night.

During the celebration, the NASCAR champ was presented with a 3 liter bottle of Veuve Clicquot, which was carried on Surrender’s apple litter and was presented to Keselowski by the nightclub’s sexy cocktail waitresses. Also enjoying the excitement of Surrender on Saturday was MLB free agent Johnny Damon. He seemed to especially like the sounds of Morgan Page.

Comedy magician and Tropicana headliner, Murray SawChuck took a break form his show on Saturday to appear in both the Toys For Tots Charity Golf Tournament at Boulder Creek Golf Course and the LVH Celebrity Benefit Show to Support USMC Toys For Tots. Other Strip stars who gathered for The 4th Annual Cadillac of Las Vegas Celebrity Benefit Show supporting Toys For Tots included Zowie Bowie, who played host for the event Louie Anderson, Gordie Brown, Trent Carlini and Frankie Moreno, all of which showed their support with performances.
This weekend was also filled with some concerts from both new artists including teenage singer-songwriter Ryan Beatty who performed at the Hard Rock Café on the Strip on Friday and old favorites like country superstar Shania Twain who finally began her residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace on Saturday. She certainly proved “she’s still the one” with an outstanding show. For more on Shania’s debut performance you’ll have to check out my “What’s Hot” blog.

And speaking of big name concerts, MGM Grand Garden Arena welcomed Aerosmith and Cheap Trick for a rockin’ concert also on Saturday.

That’s all of the celebrity news I have for today. Check back tomorrow for much more!
