There’s something for everybody this weekend in Las Vegas as the city gears up for one spectacular entertainment-filled weekend. Some of Hollywood’s biggest names in sports and entertainment are taking over the Strip for the next 72-hours with plenty of comedy, concerts, charity events, and lots of the usually celebrity partying. Here’s what and who to expect this weekend in The Entertainment Capital of the World:

It all starts tonight with comedian and actor Jerry Seinfeld performing his witty stand-up routine at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace for two-nights. Daniel Tosh will also be making us laugh at the Mirage, while Dennis Miller brings his dry sense of humor to the Orleans and SNL alum David Spade is at the Venetian for two nights.

Tonight’s celebrity parties include singer CeeLo Green, who hosts at 1 OAK in the Mirage. If you can make it to 1 OAK, you might be in for a special surprise from the singer as rumor has it he may introduce his new character Loberace to the crowd, which will be part of his new resident show at Planet Hollywood Hotel & Casino, CeeLo Green Presents LOBERACE.  Pronounced like Liberace, CeeLo was inspired by the legendary world-renowned and over-the-top pianist and performer.  The new show starts in August and plays after PeepShow! at the Chi Showroom.

At the Bank in the Bellagio, Miss Nevada USA 2012 Jade Kelsall hosts her sendoff party with former Miss USA Shanna Moakler. Rapper Ray J hosts at Gallery Nightclub inside Planet Hollywood, Sander Van Doorn spins at Tao in the Venetian and Chad Hugo presents MSSL CMMND at Hyde Lounge in the Bellagio.

On Saturday, professional golfer Tiger Woods returns for his annual charity event Tiger Jam. This year’s lineup includes Bon Jovi along with Season 7 “American Idol” winner David Cook, who will both rock the Mandalay Bay stage. Woods will also host a poker tournament and pre-Jam party at Moorea Beach Club tonight. Since its inception, Tiger’s annual event has raised more than $13 million for the youth education programs of his foundation.

Tiger will also be at the House of Blues auction on Saturday, where you will also find legendary singer MC Hammer for the post-concert party.

Also on Saturday, DJ Tiesto spins at XS in Steve Wynn’s Encore while DJ Kaskade is at Marquee in the Cosmopolitan. “The Bachelor” couple Ben Flajnik and Courtney Robertson host at Pure in Caesars Palace. Whoa! Joey Lawrence celebrates his birthday at Chateau and “Absinthe” and occasional “Peepshow” starlet Angel Porrino hosts at Crazy Horse III.

The weekend closes with a performance by Plan B at the Las Vegas Hilton pool while Kaskade continues to spin at Marquee Dayclub in the Cosmopolitan and Hyde Lounge in the Bellagio transforms into the sweet event “Candy Carnival” for XIV Vegas Sessions.
