Las Vegas Turns Into Romance Capital for Valentine's Day
Travel the World
Las Vegas has done something no other city in the world has ever done, brought pieces of the most romantic spots across the globe to the desert including the following:
Paris Eiffel Tower – Ride the elevator to the very top of the Paris Hotel and experience the most breathtaking views of the Strip from the most romantic spot in Las Vegas. Located 46 stories above the Strip, the 460-foot-high replica Eiffel Tower offers lovers 360 degree views of the Las Vegas Valley including the gorgeous Bellagio Fountains below, which brings me to my next romantic spot.
Fountains of Bellagio – The Bellagio states these fountains were “destined to romance your senses” and with flowing fountains of water, classic music and dazzling lights in one 15-minute feature the Fountains of Bellagio will certainly spark up your night. You can fall in love with the fountains every 15 to 20 minutes on most days. And yes, there will be a special Valentine’s Day production but make sure you get to the fountains early to get a good viewing spot.
Gondola Rides at the Venetian - Experience the romance of Italy as you glide down the Grand Canal in one of the Venetian’s authentic gondolas. You’ll feel like you’re actually in Italy as you float under bridges, beside cafes, under balconies and through the Venetian streets as a singing gondolier serenades you the entire way. Don’t forget to follow the popular Italian tradition and kiss under each bridge for good luck.
Sexy, Sensual and Romantic Shows -
Soul2Soul Tim McGraw and Faith Hill – There are no two people in the entertainment industry that are more in love than Tim McGraw and Faith Hill. After more than 16 years of marriage this adorable country couple is still head over heels for each other and guests will see their passion in this exclusive concert at the Venetian. With love songs like “It’s your Love,” “This Kiss,” “Like We Never Loved Before,” “I Need You” and more, you’ll fall in love with your partner all over again.
Cirque du Soleil Zumanity – Known as the "sensual side of Cirque du Soleil", this New York New York production is the ultimate experience for couples wanting to spice things up. With a little more erotica than romance, Zumanity arouses the senses with an overly sexualized show filled with acrobatics, aerialists, feats of strength and a whole lot of naughty fun. You can also snuggle in a Loveseat for two for the special occasion.
The Beatles LOVE – All you need is love, and that’s exactly what you’ll get during Cirque du Soleil’s The Beatles Love at the Mirage. This incredible fusion of The Beatles music with Cirque’s acrobatics celebrates the music legacy of the iconic band and will put you smack dab in the middle of one of Las Vegas’ greatest shows.
Goretorium Wedding – Nothing says romance like getting married in Vegas. And what could be more romantic than getting married by a vampire priest and then taking a gruesome tour through Las Vegas’ scariest haunted house? Eli Roth’s Goretorium Wedding Packages may not be for everyone, but horror enthusiasts may think it’s to die for! Either way, you can enjoy this thrill attraction with you sweetheart.
Stay tuned for more romantic ways to celebrate Valentine’s Day in Las Vegas.
