Ain’t no party like a Las Vegas party and this New Year’s Eve there will be a party for everybody in your group. Whether you like ringing in the New Year with concert, fireworks or famous Vegas Strip party, you’ll find it in Vegas. Here are just a few of the ways you can celebrate the start of 2017 in The Entertainment Capital of the World:
Instead of dropping a ball, Las Vegas will once again ring in 2017 with a spectacular fireworks show by Gucci of New York. More than 80,000 fireworks will be launched from the rooftops of seven Vegas hotel casinos including the MGM Grand, Aria, Planet Hollywood, Caesars Palace, Treasure Island, The Venetian and the Stratosphere.
Party on the Subway
The Las Vegas Monorail will host their first ever New Year’s Eve party at the Third Rail Lounge. From 8 p.m. to 1 a.m., guests can visit the elevated station at the Las Vegas Convention Center and take in spectacular views of the fireworks through floor-to-ceiling windows. A DJ and musician will provide entertainment and there will be a champagne toast at midnight.
Lucky Dragon Hotel and Casino
The newest Las Vegas casino, the Lucky Dragon Hotel & Casino invites partygoers to celebrate 2017 with karaoke, an all-you-can-eat and drink buffet, a midnight champagne and cognac toast, and incredible views of the Vegas fireworks.
Caesars Palace will host a slew of NYE festivities including a New Year’s Eve winter wonderland at the Roman Plaza Courtyard. The party will include firework views, all-you-care-to-drink premium beverage selections, a dessert bar, VIP seating areas and more. Caesars’ newest destination bar, Alto Bar is hosting a global celebration with a champagne toast in every time zone. The celebration begins December 31 at 2 a.m. and will run Sunday, January 1 at 4 a.m. Guests can enjoy specialty champagne cocktails at FIZZ at Caesars and for the first-time ever The Vortex at The LINQ invites guests to take in the Strip with a back to the 80’s party at CLUTCH. Lastly, you can spend NYE partying with Calvin Harris at Omnia Nightclub or atop VooDoo Rooftop Nightclub at Rio, which will offer panoramic views of the fireworks, a DJ, specialty cocktails and more.
Award-winning musicians will help ring in the New Year throughout the Strip including Lady Gaga, Luke Bryan and Bruno Mars. Six-time Grammy winner Lady Gaga will perform December 30 at the Encore Theater at Wynn Las Vegas. Luke Bryan will perform classic country hits on December 30 at MGM Grand Garden Arena and the brand-new Park Theater at Monte Carlo will host singer-songwriter Bruno Mars on December 30 and 31.
Dancing in the New Year
Nothing quite says New Year’s Eve in Vegas like a Vegas nightclub party. This year celebrate the end of 2016 with Rap Group Wu-Tang Clan at the Axis at Planet Hollywood, Drake at Hakkasan Nightclub side MGM Grand and feel the beats with Steve Aoki at the inaugural New Year’s Eve party at Jewel, Aria’s newest nightclub and more.
