It’s about to get really frightening at Circus Circus in Las Vegas. That’s because the Las Vegas hotel is celebrating the nation’s most superstitious day, this Friday the 13th with half price tickets for its annual Halloween scarefest - Fright Dome. So if you are planning to hit the Las Vegas Strip late September to October, book your stay near or at Circus Circus for a one crazy Halloween. Riviera, Wynn, Hilton Grand Vacations, and Stratosphere are all great accommodations for a fright-filled October. Beginning September 29 and lasting through the end of October, Circus Circus’ Adventure Dome will be turned into one of the most terrifying attractions Las Vegas and the nation has ever experienced. Fright Dome has consistently been ranked one of the top five haunted attractions in the nation year after year. And this year, as it celebrates its 10th anniversary, Fright Dome just might become THE top haunted attraction in the nation. After ten years of continuously making women, men and teens scream, shiver and run for the door, you may not think Fright Dome has anymore “fright” left in them. But we have a feeling the event is bringing out the big guns and conjuring up something very, very sinister for its 10th anniversary bash. It’s hard to say what the annual Halloween event will do but there is bound to be more blood, guts, gore and fear than ever before. There’s no word yet on what this year’s theme will be (last year Fright Dome revolved around the Halloween saga) but we do know that the five haunted houses, scare zones and rides will return and there will be a VIP grand opening exclusive black carpet event on Saturday, September 29. The haunted attraction will scare the pants off visitors from 7 p.m. to midnight on select nights through October. Stay tuned for more scary details on Fright Dome as the event draws near and don’t forget to get your half price Fright Dome tickets for opening weekend this Friday, July 13 at frightdome.com. Before Adventure Dome is turned into one of the scariest places in the nation, you can experience the area without all of the fright in Las Vegas’ only indoor theme park, Adventuredome. With five acres of indoor rides and attractions including free clown shows, Adventuredome is one of the most unique family-friendly places on the Strip! And speaking of family-friendly fun, you can also enjoy the world’s largest permanent circus that features world-class performers for a show that’ll make you feel like you’re watching a Cirque du Soleil production.
