Last Thursday night, designers Dean & Dan Caten, the duo behind DSQUARED2, and singer Ricky Martin commemorated the opening of the brand’s newest flagship boutique at The Shops at Crystals. The pair has created all of the costumes for Ricky’s new residency at Park Theater, Ricky Martin: All In.
“We're thrilled to have our fourth U.S. flagship open in Las Vegas. We love the city and all it has to offer. It's great to be opening at the same time as Ricky's show, which we worked on with him,” said Dean and Dan Caten during the event.
Ricky Martin said, “Vegas screams DSQUARED2 and it’s an honor to be a part of their store opening. To me there was nobody else I could partner with to give me the costumes my dancers and I could only dream of wearing. They mirror what I am trying to give everyone coming to see the show...full blown entertainment.”
Vegas’ top celebrities were in attendance including international supermodel and The Chippendales’ celebrity host Tyson Beckford, stand-up comedian Carrot Top, Absinthe performer Melody Sweets, professional BMX rider Ricardo Laguna, supermodel Clint Mauro, entertainer Frank Marino of Divas Las Vegas, 98 Degrees singer Jeff Timmons and Harrah’s headliners Tenors of Rock. This is the brand’s fourth flagship store in the United States. The 2,200-square-foot space features DSQUARED2’s collections for men and women including accessories, fragrances, eyewear and underwear.
