The ever controversial and award-winning singer and entertainer Madonna will be rocking The Entertainment Capital of the World with not one but two concerts at MGM Grand Garden Arena over the weekend. And if she’s in the same kind of mood she’s been in during her tour stops in Turkey, Russia and Israel we can expect more than just her provocative lyrics and dance moves. Plus, a new Madonna figure at Madame Tussauds was revealed yesterday morning!

While Madonna is sure to be entertainment enough for the weekend in Sin City she’s just one part of the concerts, comedians, and entertainers expected here over the weekend. Here’s this weekend’s celebrity preview:

Tonight, comedy is king with Jay Leno at the Mirage for two nights; Dennis Miller is at Orleans Showroom for two nights and Heath Hyche, Erin Foley and Ahmed Bharoocha are at Imrpov at Harrah’s all weekend.

Partying celebrities tonight include Taboo of the Black Eyed Peas at Rain in the Palms; Dash Berlin is at Tao in the Venetian; Calvin Harris is at XS in Steve Wynn’s Encore and Norman Doray’s at Surrender in the Encore.

Much of Saturday’s entertainment will be dominated by the “Material Girl” with guest Marvin Solveig for two sold out concerts at MGM Grand Garden Arena. If you don’t already have tickets to what’s sure to be an incredible and maybe even controversial concert you can still hang out with Madonna at her brand new wax figure at Madame Tussauds. Other Saturday concerts include a free concert at Freemont Street Experience by Bret Michaels as he celebrates the grand opening of D Las Vegas and the Spinners are at M Resort.

Comedy continues with Chris Tucker as he keeps his audience laughing at the Palms and David Brenner returns to Suncoast Showroom for two nights.

Prior to Saturday night’s parties, Kardashian matriarch, Kris Jenner will host a meet-and-greet at Kardashian Khaos at the Mirage promoting new book “Kris Jenner and All Things Kardashian.”

Foster the People has a guest DJ set at 1 OAK in the Mirage; Akon is at Tryst in the Wynn, Sasha Gradiva is at Share Nightclub; Ginuwine celebrates his birthday at LAX in the Luxor; Sofi is at Rain; Icona Pop is at Gallery Nightclub at Planet Hollywood and Mat Zo is at Surrender.

Sunday funday brings in Savoy Brown at Hard Rock Café on the Strip.
