Singer Dev Performs at Palms Pool
|
Still more news is surfacing about Las Vegas celebrities from this past weekend! With so many pools, shows and nightclubs to attend, you can almost always find a celebrity or two hitting the Strip on any given weekend. And apparently this past weekend was a popular one as singers, actors and fighters all took to the streets of The Entertainment Capital of the World for a weekend of parties, performances and playing. Here’s who you may have missed:
Singer Dev hosted a party at the Palms Pool on Saturday where she performed some of her biggest hits including “Bass Down Low,” “Like a G6” and “In the Dark” to a packed sunbathing crowd. After her performance Dev and a group of friends partied in their poolside cabanas until the pool closed later in the afternoon.
After finishing his Motley Crue and KISS concert Saturday night at Mandalay Bay Vince Neil blew off some steam at his topless club Girls, Girls, Girls where he was joined by Oscar-winning actor Nicolas Cage. Vince’s girlfriend Rain Andreani and newly engaged 2011 Miss Nevada USA Sarah Chapman were also spotted at the adult club.
Actor Kelsey Grammar, his wife Kayte Walsh, their new baby and friends enjoyed dinner at Wolfgang Puck’s Spago in the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace over the weekend. And speaking of dining at one of Las Vegas’ many restaurants, retired NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal’s ex-wife and reality TV star Shaunie O’Neal of “Basketball Wives” dined at Wolfgang Puck’s Pizzeria & Cucina in Crystals at MGM Grand’s CityCenter.
MMA fighter Frank Trigg, rapper Flavor Flav, and members of the professional indoor soccer club Las Vegas Legends were at the third-annual party for the teams sports network and news website RAW at Surrender in Steve Wynn’s Encore.
And here’s a little sneak peek at this upcoming weekend’s celebrities: blonde bombshell, model, author and actress Jenny McCarthy will host what promises to be a fun-filled and memorable night at 1 oak Nightclub at The Mirage on Friday, August 17. And on Sunday, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino will celebrate the career and lifestyle of reality TV star DJ Pauly D with a case dedication at 3 p.m. The event will give fans an up-close look at some of the DJ’s most prized possessions. Afterwards, Pauly D himself will spin his popular mashups at the resort’s weekly pool party, Rehab Sundays.
That’s all of the celebrity news I have for today. Check back tomorrow for the complete rundown of this weekend’s celebrities.
