The Grand Spa makes our top 10 list for one reason—it’s location! The Spa is located far from the strip towards the back of the property near the pool. This means there is no casino or other heavy traffic area anywhere near the spa. The fitness center also overlooks the relaxing pool area.
The Grand Spa is like a complete resort in itself with everything you need to ensure wellness of the body and the mind. Focused on Asian-inspired relaxation rituals, the Grand Spa offers treatments that usually aren’t found anywhere this side of the orient.
For a truly Zen-like experience, try the Nirvana. The Nirvana is one of the signature treatments at the MGM Spa and it lasts an extensive 75-minutes. The treatment will start off with a tension-easing massage that utilizes Ayurvedic oils. The massage will be followed by a Shirodara scalp treatment, hot stone therapy, cool eye mask, copper bowl foot treatment, and a warm foot wrap. The treatment also takes place while listening to customized music that is sure to ease your mind.
Like many spas, treatments come with a pass to the entire facility. There are saunas, workout areas, and relaxation lounges that offer refreshments. Guests can also visit the Cristophe salon for all their beauty needs. The salon offers views of the pool area and flat screen TVs.
