You know a suite is exclusive when you can only access it via a private VIP entrance. Such is the way to get into each of the 36 Fairway Villas at the Wynn Las Vegas Resort. Overlooking the Wynn Golf Course (the only one on the Strip), the Villas feature their own separate check-in and restaurant at the Tower Suites lobby entrance off Sands Avenue.
Each Fairway Villa was conceived to be a home-away-from-home. Available as a one-bedroom apartment or a two-bedroom apartment, each suite features several 50” and 42” plasma TVs, entry foyers with massage rooms and separate powder rooms, and an expansive living room with two sofas, a dining area, and a wet bar. The Villas also include a his and hers bath with a glass-enclosed rain shower, bathtub with an ultra-deep bathing well and effervescent bubbling ports, a private toilet, and dual closets. And did we mention the suites were spacious? The one-bedroom Villa is 2,411 square feet, and the two-bedroom is 3,224 square feet.
24-hour butler service ensures that guests of the Fairway Villas won’t have to lift a finger. The butler is available to prepare personal meals and can even be sent out to procure that must-have item, like a bottle of wine or maybe even a DVD. Guests of the Villas also have access to Steve Wynn’s custom fleet of Bentley automobiles, which includes four Arnage RL limousines and four Silver Spurs.
The coolest feature of the Fairway Villas, however, is available in the 12 first-floor suites; each has its own private Infinity Pool overlooking the golf course. The second floor suites shouldn’t feel completely left out, though; they have balconies extending the entire length of the villa with outdoor dining room tables.
Undoubtedly some of the nicest rooms on the Strip, the Wynn Fairway Villas also come with unparalleled service. When it comes to guests of these suites, it’s the resort’s policy that “every amenity can be arranged for.” It’s good to know, but we doubt that even the most experienced of high rollers will find any amenities lacking in the Wynn’s Fairway Villas.
