Look up while walking through the midway just off the casino floor at Circus Circus and you may be surprised at what you see. Every half hour Circus acts take place above the heads of patrons who are gambling, drinking, or just sitting in the stands to enjoy the show. A large crowd usually gathers about 10 minutes before each free show. There is limited seating in the stands so get there early to get good seats directly around the center stage.

Acts include juggling, tightrope, unicyclists, trapeze, and acrobats. Circus Circus is one hotel on the Strip that is famous for its kid friendly atmosphere and since Circus Circus has the world’s largest permanent circus it’s great for adults as well. The show takes place every half hour between 11 a.m. and midnight. Some highlights of the show will be the African Acrobats International. This troupe comes all the way from Kenya to perform contortion, juggling, and pyramid building. They are one of the favorites at the indoor circus. Guests will also enjoy the incredibly balancing act performed by Natalia Kochetkova. Professional juggler Vladamir Saveljav will also delight with his unbelievable juggling skills. Also, one of the most famous hand balancers in the world, Vladamir Malachinkin is now performing at Circus Circus as well.

The midway at Circus Circus is also home to a giant arcade that houses over 200 video games and offers premium prizes for winners. Set up just like a real carnival, there are booths and lots of classic carnival games. There are also 20 shops close by which offer great shopping at either one of the recognizable brand name stores or at the Exclusively Circus Circus shop. Stores include Annee of Paris Beauty Salon, Circus Spirits, Circus Gifts, Markey Express, Under $10, Houdini’s, LYCNSPL8, Jewelry Galore, Sweet Tooth, Headliners, Circus Kids, and Trading Post.
