The Excalibur takes pride in their catering facilities. Since no event is complete without food, there are several menu styles to choose from. From Breakfast breaks to snacks to cakes to sit-down dinners, there is something for every guest. The Excalibur can even provide themed menus like a Country Western buffet which includes barbeque entrees and home-cooked favorites or an Asian buffet. Sit-down dinners include two appetizer selections, a wide variety of entrée selections, and a dessert that can be served to groups of 25 or more. All of the meals will be beautifully presented by the Excalibur’s highly trained wait staff. Wine, cocktails, and other alcoholic options are also available.
