My wife and I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary in Las Vegas. We chose the Flamingo for its classic Las Vegas elegance and style, and it did not disappoint. The room was modern, but a nice change from the classic exterior of the hotel. The room was comfortable and very chic. We loved having a room nearby to the pool. The pool was unbelievable and extremely relaxing. The entire ambiance of the hotel was wonderful. My wife and I always go on a morning walk together, so the surrounding gardens and lush tropical surroundings made for the perfect scenery for romantic walks together. We really liked the casino, as well. There was a great sports book for me and tons of slot machine options for my wife. The restaurants at the hotel were ok…so we did a bit of exploring around the city for new dining locations each night. There was nothing wrong with the menus of the restaurants at the Flamingo; we were just looking for something a little different. Overall it was a great experience at the Flamingo. We had been to the Flamingo about 10 years ago, and while we love this classic Vegas property, we were not very impressed on our last visit. So, we were a bit hesitant booking the room, but the rate was so low that we really couldn’t turn it down. Well, I must say that we were very impressed with all of the improvements they have made at this property! The rooms were gorgeous, the pool area was improved, and they still managed to hold on to the classic Vegas feel the hotel has! We cannot wait to get back to the Flamingo now! - Ashley N.
