I have stayed in Las Vegas numerous times. The majority of my visits to Las Vegas have led me to downtown. I love it down there! There is such a classic Vegas vibe that is given off by that area that I love. My favorite downtown hotel has to be the Golden Nugget, however! It still has the classic Vegas feel, but it has been completely revamped to keep up with the modern times of the city. I went with my boyfriend and we had a great time! We especially loved sitting by the pool during the day! The new shark tank is awesome and really adds to the ambiance of the pool deck. While my boyfriend gambled in the casino, I went to the Spa and had a great experience there. Our room was very classy! The beds were a bit soft for my liking, but then again, you can’t always have a great sleep in a hotel. It’s all based on personal preference. My boyfriend slept perfectly. The restaurant selections were wonderful. There was something for both of us to like. We highly recommend Vic and Anthony’s. And, we became regulars to the buffet during our stay there. If you are going to stay downtown, stay here! – Ann W. (Wyoming)
