The party never stops at Harrah’s and the party has also gotten so big that they can’t even keep it inside anymore. The Carnaval Court at Harrah’s offers some of the best outdoor entertainment available on the Strip. The party is always jumping, as the bar is only steps from the street. There are also tons of kiosks and shopping venues as well as lots of delicious food. Barbeque items from Harrah’s famous Pepper Rose are served daily. However, the real party at Carnaval Court is at the bar. Known as the absolute best flair bar in town, the mixologists at Carnaval Court do more than just pour drinks; they put on an entire show. Bottles fly through the air as one bartender mixes shots. Glasses are stacked 20 high as another pours the shots creating a flowing fountain of liquor. The bartenders at this bar do not play around when it comes to showmanship. Many even compete in national competitions to show off their bartending skills.

Live music is almost always playing well out onto the streets of Carnaval Court. Bands play party music and encourage everyone to get up and dance either next to, or even sometimes on top of, their tables. Live DJs and Emcees get the crowd going as they are never afraid to pull someone out of the crowd and into the action. Mardi Gras flavor is out in full force at Carnaval Court.
