What really makes the experience at the Luxor is the atmosphere. I loved the fact that it was so different from the other hotels. From the second you walk in, it has a different feel than all the other hotels. It is amazing how they fit all of their rooms into a pyramid shaped building! It really is dumb-founding! The Luxor staff was extremely attentive and responsive to our needs. When we got there, our room’s air conditioning wasn’t working. The staff immediately moved us to a new room, offering us a free upgrade. We were very impressed with this. Our room was great, with a perfect view of the Las Vegas Strip! We, also, loved the pool! It felt like you were in the middle of an oasis in the desert among the pyramids. The food there was great. My party and I loved the food at the buffet. But, make sure to get there early because if not, there will be slim-pickings (which we discovered the hard way a few times). The new CatHouse restaurant and Company Bistro were both spectacular. The best part was that some of the top nightclubs in the city were all under the roof of the Luxor. After dinner, we would go back and change and then head up to LAX for a night of partying. Minus a few bumps along the way, the Luxor was a perfect spot for our Vegas vacation. – Georgia R. (Gainesville, FL)
