For my last fall trip, my mother and I went to Las Vegas. My mother is nearly 70 years old, so I was worried that the walking around the Strip would be a hassle with staying there. I was WRONG! Everything that we needed was all within one area, so my mother found it accessible and not too hard to walk around. The hotel was gorgeous. The gold accents made my mother and I feel like royalty the entire trip. The food there was really good. There was a real variety to choose from when it came to the restaurants. We ate at the Grand Buffet every morning for breakfast because the selection was perfect for us. It kept us full for the majority of the day, so all we did was snack until dinner time (so that we could dine at one of the many luxurious Vegas restaurants). The pool was very relaxing and my mother loved that our room was right near the casino! My mother loves the idea of classic Las Vegas and isn’t a huge fan of the hip and modern changes to the Strip, so she would like to try one of the Downtown hotels next time, but I would love to stay here again on my next Vegas vacation! – Amber T.
