Mandalay Bay offers 1.7 million square feet of event space, making it the fifth largest convention space in the United States. There are two levels of event space, three levels of meeting rooms, four ballrooms, a mega-ballroom, and breakout space to accommodate up to 75 meetings. The Mandalay Bay is home to the largest pillar-less ballroom in the United States at over 100,000 square feet.

The Mandalay Bay Convention Service offers professional planners who will help manage and handle every detail of your event from the moment your group arrives to the moment you leave. The Convention Services managers work together with the Mandalay Bay catering service to ensure that the food always matches the event and that you are completely satisfied with your selection. Your staff and business associates will enjoy the use of Mandalay Bay’s signature “human PDA’s” which are a wealth of information and will help direct guests as they are walking around the convention.

Executive Chef Sean DiCicco oversees the catering staff at Mandalay Bay. From large banquets with full buffets and cooking stations to sit down dinners for over 1,000 people, the catering staff can create a menu that please almost anyone. Dessert carts with pastries created by expert pastry chefs will be hand selected and created just for your event. Themed food to match the theme of your party is also available.

Mandalay Bay takes pride in the décor and theme of your event specializing in wedding receptions and holiday parties. Catered wedding receptions may take place in one of several banquet rooms. Depending on the size of your party and the formality of the event, there is a reception area that will fit perfectly with your wedding. Entertainment, audio visual components, florists, and other services can be provided to make sure that every detail of your event is taken care of.
