The Palazzo tries really hard to pamper their casino guests, especially their good customers. The Palazzo is fresh, shiny, and luxurious. The theme is subtle, if there is one at all. The casino looks like something you would find in Europe with marble and new fixtures everywhere. Many guests of the Venetian are even taking time to walk all the way through the walkway and past the Venetian casino just to come gamble at the Palazzo.

From the felts on the tables, to the chairs, to the cocktail service, everything in this casino will make you feel like royalty no matter how much you are betting. The casino is simple and has a simple layout making it easy to navigate. This is so refreshing considering some of the casinos that seem to never end and never let you out of them. Here you will find all your favorite games like blackjack, craps, roulette, baccarat, Pai Gow, three card, Caribbean Stud, and many others. While the Palazzo may not be known for their incredible odds, most players come here for the ambiance and to play in style without many locals around. Many tables here will start with minimum bets of around $15. Don’t be shocked to see high limit tables right next to the lower limit ones. Some tables can have up to $200 minimum bets. Just sitting at these tables will probably get you some comps. If you’re playing on a budget check out some of the many penny slots that the casino offers. The slots start at a penny and can go as high as $500 and up in the high-limit slot rooms. Cocktails are comped in the casino. The waitresses are friendly, the drinks are strong, and they are served in actual glass. A refreshing change from the plastic drinks served at many casinos.

The only disappointment about this casino is that it still shares a sports book and poker room with the Venetian. Don’t worry, though, the Venetian sports book and poker room are so extravagant you won’t miss it. However, plans are in the works to create an elaborate sports room inside the Palazzo. Although the casino is beautiful, the Palazzo really is still a baby and new things are opening every day which will only add the elegance of this property. While right now the hotel seems to have only the basics, chances are it will grow to surpass many of the bigger stars on the Strip very soon.
