The Palazzo, Venetian, and Sands Expo Center combine to create one of the largest meeting spaces in the country. Known collectively as the Sands Megacenter, the meeting spaces can accommodate up to 50,000 guests for a particular event. In total, there are over 2.25 million square feet of meeting spaces. The center at the Palazzo is more than just an open room to hold a meeting professional catering, planning, and audio/visual services are available.

The catering staff at the Venetian/Palazzo Expo center provide either a pre-set menu or custom tailored menu for your event. Food can be served either in a sit-down setting or buffet-style. Drinks and cocktails service can be provided as well. Professional lighting and video technicians can also help to improve the atmosphere of your presentation or reception with unique lighting, music, etc. The Venetian can even provide an in-house florist to provide specialized arrangements for the event.
