Palazzo Customer Review

I did enjoy staying at the Palazzo. I have stayed at the Venetian before, and prefer that a little more, but they are pretty similar. The room was very spacious and similar in size to those of the Venetian. The beds were the same as at the Venetian. I really enjoyed the “girly” touches to the rooms at the Palazzo, though! The vanity, long mirror, and simple touches made me feel like a celebrity when getting ready for nights out on the town. One key thing that I really loved was the fact that since the Palazzo is a newer hotel, it is a lot less “smokey” than the other hotels. It still has that new hotel smell, rather than reeking of smoke! The service at the hotel was a bit slow, but they were extremely helpful and always friendly. The pool at this hotel is definitely lacking compared to its neighbors, but I think it is because they have all established a reputation as having fun party pools. For the majority of our stay we just walked over to Tao Beach. The clientele here seemed to be a little older than the clientele at the Venetian. If I were to choose between the Venetian and this hotel, it would be close to a toss up. But, but it just depends on what you are looking for. – Shelley K. (Orange, CT)
