The Pearl Theater truly is the dream venue. The acoustics are impeccable and the theater is just small enough to stay intimate while still big enough to make you feel like you’re at a traditional concert. The Pearl has had so many big name stars, comedians, and musical acts grace the stage that it would be nearly impossible to list them all. Highlights include The Goo Goo Dolls, Avril Lavigne, Gwen Stefani, and Def Leopard. The theater is also amazing because of the fact that not one seat in the house is more than 120 feet away from the stage. There are 2,500 seats total and each level has it’s own bar, lounge, and restroom area. Huge 14 x 16 foot projections screens display the action on stage so no one misses a beat. The chairs are also plush and comfortable unlike many bleacher-style seats found in large venues.

Another key feature of the Pearl is its versatility. It isn’t hard for the Pearl to host a rock band one night and a laid back stand-up comedian the next. This state-of-the-art facility is fastly becoming the one spot in town to see big name acts passing through Vegas.
