Rio All-Suite Hotel Customer Review

I have stayed here a few times while visiting Las Vegas. I do enjoy the big suites and how clean they always are. The views are great from the room. I really do love the casino, though it does get a bit smoky. Plus, the restaurants here are great! There is something for everyone. Over the years, though, the hotel seems to be getting a little out-dated (in comparison to the “big dogs” on the Strip). It is one of the Vegas classics, though, so this can be expected. Since it is one of the Vegas classics, the older crowd does tend to stay here. Since RIO isn’t on the Strip, I found myself sharing our complimentary shuttle ride from the hotel to the Strip with an older bunch. Since the shuttle is free with your hotel stay, this is VERY convenient. Cab rides can get hefty in Vegas, so that saved us a lot of money! I stay at the RIO mainly for its dependability and their great pool area. That is probably the best word to describe this hotel: dependable. I always know I will have a clean room, a great pool area, and good food. – Casey D. (Springfield, MO)
