This hotel is like an upgraded Motel 6. It isn’t like the larger hotels on the Strip, but it is decent for a downtown feeling hotel. The rooms and hotel overall were very average. The hotel room was older looking, but comfortable. The casino here is GREAT! A lot of locals go here to gamble and they always seem to know the best places to gamble. The one thing about this hotel that I really didn’t like was that it was so far from everything. It is out in Henderson, a suburb right outside of the Las Vegas Strip. But, it is located out by Lake Mead and Lake Las Vegas. Next time I am in town, I will definitely be staying closer to the Strip. I would love to try one of the bigger hotels, like the Wynn, Venetian, Bellagio, or something of that sort. Sunset Station did suffice, however, for my trip. – Shellanne R. (Dayton, OH)
