Thousands of visitors pile into Las Vegas from Southern California every weekend and for those visitors Whiskey Pete is the first sign of gambling they’ll see on their journey to Sin City. The hotel is small with only 777 rooms, but the casino is large at 36,400 square feet. Many people frequent the hotel because the odds are pretty good and the slot machines are considered to be much “looser” than those on the Strip or Downtown. Whiskey Pete offers all your favorite games like: blackjack, roulette, craps, baccarat, Pai Gow, three card, and a few others. Since this is the first gaming property people see on their way to Vegas, travelers often like to stop in for a quick game and try their luck at a casino with some great odds. Travelers often stop here for a quick meal as well. The Wagon Wheel Buffet and Silver Spur Steakhouse offer a hot and quick meal for those on the road. Whiskey Pete also has tons of slots. They also offer Keno and Video Poker as well. These two old favorites attract locals as well as it can be hard to find good Keno and Video Poker on the Strip. Get a Terrible’s “One Card” and start receiving points toward free food and discounted hotel rooms.  Whiskey Pete’s even offers a comfortable race and sports book with dozens of TVs and plenty of seats for watching the big game or event. If you’re looking for poker action, guests can take the monorail over to Buffal Bills right next door and play in their famous poker room which deals mostly Hold-em.
