Vouchers must be presented and redeemed for physical tickets at Las Vegas Monorail Customer Service Booths (open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.) located at the following stations: MGM Grand (The Underground entrance and at The District), Bally's/Paris, Flamingo, Harrah's/The LINQ, Westgate Las Vegas, & Sahara Las Vegas. The system is open 7 a.m. to midnight on Monday, 7 a.m. to 2 a.m. Tuesday through Thursday, and 7 a.m. to 3 a.m. Friday through Sunday. Remember to bring the voucher and valid photo ID with you. In the event of an emergency, please call the Las Vegas Monorail at +1 866466-6672. EXTRA COMMENTS: Children 5 years and under ride free. Folded or bent tickets will not work in the fare gates. This voucher will be honored only once and misuse is considered a criminal offense. No refunds, credits, exchanges or cancellation of a voucher will be granted. Refunds will not be issued for lost, unused or partially used tickets. Services and hours of operation subject to change without notice. Management reserves all rights.
