Las Vegas is a city made for brunch. 3pm pancakes, crazy food combinations (bacon waffles, anyone?) bottomless mimosas…No town is better suited to feed the wacky cravings of the jet-lagged or hung-over than Sin City. Whether you’re in town for a bachelorette party, sorority reunion or simply a long-overdue girls trip, here are five brunch places perfect for a gossip-fueled afternoon with the gals.

Herringbone at Aria
Possibly the best thing about brunches at the Herringbone is that they don’t require waking up before the crack of noon. Brunch begins at 10am but goes all the way until four in the afternoon, giving you and your girls plenty of time to sleep off the shenanigans from the night before. The second best thing about the Herringbone is its location, as brunch is held outdoors on the restaurant’s stylish 10,000-square foot patio. Grab a Bellini – they’re bottomless – a plate of Orange Ricotta Chocolate Chip Pancakes and enjoy a lazy afternoon in the bright desert sunshine.

Chica at The Venetian
Step inside Chica and the first thing you’ll notice is the restaurant’s relaxed vibe. With cheerful murals, earthy paint tones and a ceiling lined with potted plants, Chica, which features a menu created by Lorena Garcia from Top Chef Masters, was inspired by both Latin Cuisine and “feminine energy.” The laid-back ambiance and the nod to womanhood make this an obvious choice for a girls day out. The menu combines a variety of Latin food faves from Venezuela, Peru, Brazil, Mexico and more. The most popular brunch items are the sweet corn pancakes and the hash and eggs (served with Chica’s signature hot sauce).

Lavo Party Brunch at The Palazzo
Imagine if you took a Vegas nightclub and then added pancakes. That’s what you get at the wild and rowdy “Party Brunch,” hosted every Saturday at the restaurant Lavo inside The Palazzo Resort. On Saturday mornings, it’s business as usual at this upscale Italian eatery, but come two o’clock, the restaurant is transformed into brunch bash central. The curtains are drawn, the champagne is popped and the crowds pour in. It may be the exact opposite of anything you’d envisioned when you first thought “brunch at the Palazzo,” but that’s kind of the point. Lavo Party Brunch – with its confetti, loud music and Go-Go Dancers – is crazy, over-the-top and a lot of fun.

Bardot Brasserie at Aria
Bardot Brasserie at Aria is a good pick if you and your besties are looking to classy up your brunching experience. Bardot Brasserie serves a wide range of French fare in a casual yet elegant setting designed to mimic the look and feel of a Parisian Cafe. The menu includes everything you would expect from French fine dining – caviar, pâté, escargot and steak tartare – and some things you wouldn’t, such as the “American in Paris” – eggs, bacon and hash browns. Toast to your friendships and a fun weekend in Vegas with a Bardot Bloody Mary. Or “Rosé all day” with a bottomless glass of Rosé.

Overlook Grill at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas
Located adjacent the Boulevard Pool at the Cosmo, the Overlook Grill offers guests a beachy, California vibe in a colorful, open-air setting. With both indoor and outdoor seating available, the Overlook Grill provides everything a girls trip brunch calls for: An Instagram-worthy view, delicious food (the tableside guacamole is amazing) and bottomless mimosas or Rosé.
