Ariana Grande will bring her upcoming North American The Sweetener World Tour to the T-Mobile Arena Saturday, May 11 at 8 p.m.
The multi-platinum superstar just recently kicked off the tour on March 18 in Albany, NY. She is special guests joined by Normani and Social House, who will perform at each of the 50 stops. Ariana is expected to bring her biggest hits to the stage.
Additionally, Grande has delivered three platinum-selling albums and surpassed 30 billion streams. She has also landed 11 hits in the Top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
2018 was a remarkable year for Grande. The singer ended the year being named Billboard’s Woman of the Year and received a pair of Grammy Award nominations in the categories of Best Pop Vocal Album for her latest Sweetener and Best Pop Solo Performance for “God Is A Woman.”
In November, Grande released the title track for her fifth album, thank u, next, which became the 32nd song to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 1— chart. “Next” smashed the record for Most Spotify Streams for a Song By A Female Artist in a Single Week. The video the for the song holds the record for biggest music video in YouTube history, earning 55.4 million views in its first 24 hours. I tis also the fastest video to earn 100 million views.
Since making her full-length debut with 2013’s Your Truly, Grande has changed the pop game. But it wasn’t until 2014 with My Everything that Grande really made a name for herself. The album featured the 6x-platinum hits “Problem” and “Bang Bang.” Just two years later, Grande released the critically acclaimed Dangerous Woman, which included the singles “Dangerous Woman,” “Into You,” and “Side to Side.” In 2018, Grande’s fourth album, Sweetener, debuted at #1 on the Billboard Top 200 Album chart with hit singles “God is a Woman,” “breathin’,” and lead single “No Tears Left To Cry.”
