Vegas pool parties are in full swing but here at Best of Vegas we’re already looking ahead to the fall when Grammy-nominated blues-rock guitar icon Joe Bonamassa brings his North American tour to The Colosseum at Caesars Palace for a special one-night only show.
On October 22, 2017, Bonamassa will not only perform on the Vegas Strip but he’ll do it for the very first time. The tour is in support of his latest studio solo album, Blues of Desperation. Along with Bonamassa’s incredible guitar talent, the show will be backed by a stellar band of legendary musicians featured on his Grammy-Nominated album Live At the Greek Theatre including Anton Fig on drums, Michael Rhodes on bass, Reese Wynans on piano and organ, Lee Homburg on trumpet and horn arrangements, Paulie Cerra on saxophone and backup vocalists. The concert will also include new songs alongside Bonamassa’s most popular hits.
Bonamassa’s career has been impressive, to say the least. The artist has 17 #1 Billboard Blues Albums, which is more than any other artist in history. He also has two Grammy nominations, one for Best Traditional Blues Album for his latest album “Live at The Greek Theatre.” His achievements span beyond his own music career, with a successful record label and management and concert promotion company called J&R Adventures.
Stay tuned for more details about Joe Bonamassa’s first show on the Strip. In the meantime, you can find discounted tickets to the concert here.
